My 96 tracker finally kicked then bucket. Motor went and I feel like it's time to do the SAS I've been wanting to do. Now I know that this has probably beed asked before, but I'm looking for info about the swap. I have first gen Toyota axles, to go in it, burn im not 100% sure fin wanna do leafs or a link setup in the front. Rear is already coil sprung, so I'm just gonna change that to work with the Toyota axle.

Let's talk about the back.
I want to run around a 3" lift to clear 33x10.50r15s. I'm planning on using jeep coils in the rear, and just building new perches. But I'm not sure if I need to lengthen the exzisting links or if the can stay the same? Probably need to build new ones but i don't know. And if anyone has specs on their rear link setup that would be greatly appreciated.

Now the front.
Obviously I could order a link setup off trail gear or low range, but I don't wanna drop 3k on a kit. So I'll build it. I can do the maths and such, but I really don't want to do if anyone has pre exzisting measurements for links that'd be cool. Also going to use jeep coils in the front. I want to push the front axle forward a couple inches to get as much wheelbase as I can, but that's not nessisary really.
Or I could run leafs in the front, it would be way cheaper and easier, but it's got links in the back so why the hell not do links in the front.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. I'm sure there's better ways to do this than what I was thinking. Build is in planning stage right now. I'll post pics as I go.

As for the motor and driveline since that knocky 1.6 has gotta go, I havnt quite decided what I want to run.

Basically your just going to have to do a bunch of reading and look at other builds for ideas. There are basic guidelines to follow for link setups that are well documented. Buy some plate steel and make your own brackets, universal brackets don't fit very well or at least they didn't for mine.

Ya. Post some pics.
Also I'm not a fan of yotas under kicks. They are narrow even with spacers. But that's just me...
