Im fixing to buy a 2001 ram extened cab 4x4 and was wondering if these things are worth modifiying and what i could do and still keep it streetable lift wise and stuff like that and what size tires will the axles take without breaking and what else some ppl with these trucks have had issues with?

You're in Florida, you can run 44"s on half ton axles no problem:flipoff2: But to make it work, you have to have a chrome triple/double full of lights and flames.

I think you can stuff 35's under them without any problem. 35 is also the magic number for rule of thumb before you switch to aftermarket axle shafts.

I refuse to own any truck other then a dodge and none newer than 1993. They quit making real trucks in 1993.
