Anyone know where I could find a website on removing the restrictive bushing from the rear portion of the proportioning block inside the master cylinder on the brakes?

Yes I did a search first

I havent seen a website for it but I did EXACTLY what Bigdude said in a thread a LONG time ago and it worked perfectly.
What type of vehicle are you trying to do this mod too?

It's a 90 YJ 2.5, I'm putting an 8.8 in the rear in the next two weeks with a 4.0 in the next month or two. Jeff (H8MONDAY) got me on to this little fix.

One the end of the combination valve there is a plastic plug/bolt facing the front. Carefully unbolt it and remove the end. You may need a needle nose to pull the plunger out if it doesn't slide out. Take the plunger and pop the plastic bushing off the end and replace it all.

1-remove end cap from front of prop valve. Use a 3/4" wrench to hold valve and a 13/16" to remove cap.
2-Spring will come out with cap, remove plunger with pliers.
3-Use a pick to remove o-ring from about 1" inside of prop valve cylinder.
4-Reinstall plunger, spring and cap.
5-Bleed brakes and your done.

It's really that easy, seriously.
