Picked up 2 more cans today Saker 5.56 and Octane 45, this shit is addicting and expensive. Too bad I'm stuck in the city tonight where I'm not supposed to shoot guns, though I'm tempted to try the 300 blk with some subsonics. :flipoff2:
Either the octane is long as hell or the saker is really short..
My specwar (762) seemed stupid long when I got it in my hands, longer than my. 45 osprey by a good bit. I think a. 45 octane will be my next can. I've already got its little brother pending.
Probably the angle of the pic and the fixed barrel mount on the Octane, it is 8.7" about the same as most 45 cans, about an 1" longer than 9mm cans. The Saker is 6.76" and quite a bit heavier than the Octane, bitch is built like a brick shit house.
The fixed mount makes it about 1/4" longer than the piston. But I just measured and the whole thing with the fixed mount is 8.5" and 8.25" with the piston. So it's a little shorter than advertised.
