I running 16" travel Airshox on my rig and my drivers side front doesn't hold the weight like the other 3. With equal oil and nitrogen, it sits lower and bottoms out alot easier that the rest. I swapped it to the passenger side thinking that it was because there is some extra wieght on the driverside (driver drop t/c, steering components, me...230lbs) but then the passenger side was sitting lower. It doesn't appear to be leaking (checked with soapy water) there isn't any oil leaking out of it either. Is it possible that I got a one shock with bad valving? They're all marked 70/30. Any ideas?

Did you empty all of the oil out and refill it or are you just ASSuming they all have the same amount of oil.
I emptied the fronts out and they were within 2cc's of each other.

As far as the valving being off, I'm just throwing out ideas as I'm not understanding why I'm having this issue with 2 shocks with the same oil and nitrogen pressure.

What are you using to measure pressure? The nitro-filler that Pig sells is the only way to accurately read shock pressure.
