that would be an interesting idea, but how would you rig that up? to turn with treads you would have to have one wheel or tread turn faster than the other one, controlably. And you would have to lock your front steering. would be an interesting sight if done tho

ARBs & Cutting Brakes.. so you could lock for straight, unlock f/r + cutting brake one side to turn..

I saw them a while ago, he had them listed at $15,000. No joke.

what a joke ... they are not wide enough to do any good in snow.

the military used to run halftracks, I don't think they had anyproblem steering.

Also it doesn't matter how wide they are its how long they are creating the greater surface area, but then again they are probably so heavy it doesn't matter.

drooling! haha. Tracks are the only thing for "real" snow wheeling! Us "tire" guys are just trying to put a square peg in a round hole it seems every year snow wheeling.
