OK fellas, I got lucky last night. Took the truck over to a friend's shop to relocate the surface grinder on the trailer (it is so fawking heavy!). After BSing for awhile, I jump in the truck and try to put into gear-no dice, no brake lights... Classic brake switch failure. Call home, tell the wife what's up, run home, break out the ETM, go back to the truck, jumper the green/orange to the green/purple and away I go.

No brake lights... I now have a push-button switch in the cabin-yes, it is bootie fab, but I drove to work today, didn't I?

I'm now trying to match the factory switch up to something cheaper and easier to find, and maybe more robust?
