I took a few steps back and redid how the fuel tank will sit. I raised the tank 2" because the dif was going to contact the tank skid, and limit my uptravel to 6" or so. By raising it 2", I get full stuff of the coils. The coil stuffs to about 8.4" and I will now have 8.5" stuff at the coil buckets



This gives me 1" clearance of the dif at the skid



21"clearance at the tire to ninja bars , with the 42" tire it should be perfect


and 1" clearance between the upper links and bottom of the tub


so it should be about perfect, which is partly luck and partly planned


The only issue is the pinion will be slightly pointed up at full stuff. Hopefully it wont be an issue

Help me convince myself I dont need the rear piece around the spring tower.
I say you don't need it. It appears you have a solid B and C pillar frame tie-in. The node that you are grabbing on that mid mount really doesn't appear to add any significant protection.

Besides you have more than enough tube in that fucker to fund a chink-mo meth house.
