I keep eyeballing them driving down the road. what 5leaf sua so theres the arch can't tell width 2-2.5 I would guess. I know the lift kits that most run are soa in the rear. Anyone have pix or experience or stats or anything? I can maybee find parts if I cared.

I don't know if they are the same but i'm using modified dakota rear springs in the front of my truggy. I haven't got it on the road/trail yet but I went with them because they are long and off center so they should flex as well as keep the front axle closer to the front of the rig.

I have a 98. Don't waste your time or money. As an offroader they SUCK! On road they're great. You can only lift the front wheel 18 inches before the rear lifts a tire. The front ends are week. They go thru balljoints. In 70,000 miles I had to replace uppers and lowers balljoints 3Xs. Brakes ARE underpowered. And last but sure as hell not the cheapest, the T_case broke in HALF! Started to vibrate and then broke in half. Save your money and get something else to wheel offroad.

My wife has one and I look at those rear springs all of the time, they are realllll long and very soft. They do look like a good donor.

He is wanting to know about the REAR SPRINGS! Who gives a rip how the vehicle does off-road. I would guess he will be putting them on a real off-road vehicle.

Yea they would be a sprung over toyota and want the width and eye front and eye back from the pin and preferably thickness of the spring itself. How many leafs is it? If you set the leafs upside down on the ground how much height from ground to the spring pack? (free arch) Any one got pix either SOA or stock location flex? Just was thinkig about like stock wagg front (see profile pic) and say durango rears with a shackle. Hey old subject but a new style of ride

Don't worry I call it a Heep often:)
I don't have any info on Durango springs but I do know about Dakota springs. I think they are pretty close to the same though. On the front I have a newer 5 leaf pack that has held up pretty well and on the rear I have used a few of the 4 leaf packs that didn't hold up so well. One thing for sure they are too soft for the rear without adding a leaf or 2 but on the front they are just the stock 5. I only run a v6 so not too much weight for them but I am going to pull 1 or 2 out and replace them with heavier ones to firm them up so that they don't wrap up so much when comming off a drop off. On the rear I bought some replacement springs from JC whitney and they are the shit. I would put them on the front but don't want the lift they would give me but if you do run these springs order them from them and get 1" spring eye bushings because they come with rubber ones a they use the small 1" bushing with no sleeve. Hope that helps

You asked for a photo so here a a poser photo if it on a rock in front of the shop. It's not twisted up but it twists pretty good as a few from the board will attest.

I was thinking about those springs also, a friend drove in and I went out and measured the springs...he thought I was nuts for crawling under his durango

If someone else dosen't post them I'll get them when I go home today...

My memory says 2.5" wide large offset 23.5/??, they are long and SOA which would give them some arch.

Looks like a good candidate for the front, I think they are long enough to be behind the first body mount or maybe infront of?
