About a year ago, I accidentally poured a fair amount of ATF into the Clutch Reservoir on my K5. I am getting back to this project now and was wondering if I need to replace the master and slave cylinders or if they will be fine. Thanks.

It depends. it should be fine, but...what is the recommended fluid? Usually DOT 3 or 4 brake fluid. You may have ruined your seals, remove as much ATF as you can, then flush and bleed with the proper recommended fluid. If it works, then run it, if not you need to replace.

Don't you mean that you mistakenly poured ATF into it. Seems like it would be pretty hard to get it into there accidentaly.

In any case, just bleed it out of the system and put the correct fluid into it, and you should be ok. Some ATF has additives that cause the seals to swell, so there is a possibility that it's fucked up, but I wouldn't swap them until I knew for sure they were bad.
