Ok so a buddy of mine is looking to change his auto hubs to manual. He is saying that its going to cost him $170 for the convertion kit and the hubs are $130 from Warn. Thats installed. Is there any cheapper way to do this? The toyota is a 1990 V6 3.0L SR5.

Do your buddy a favor. Don't buy Warns. Get a set of factory hubs. ???$40-50 on here. They are pretty bullet proof. And they dont have those :rainbow: allen head screws that always round out. Only thoing else in the kit are the 2 nuts and the lock ring, which should already be there.

yep - get the aisin lockout hubs. the internals are stronger than the warns (for the toy)
