Aw4 is a fine tranni for a light to medium duty trail rig. What exactly are your intentions? What type vehicle? How big? What motor, axles, tires, etc?

Yeah, the weak link isn't so much going to be the AW4 as the NP231 t-case that's attached to it, though I have friends that are still using the NP231's with 39's & 42's...not high horsepower stuff, though.
