do it yourself......start with nice shop......then make your front shakle bushing

next cut everything out that even looks like IFS and set it a side .........build front spring/drop hanger out of 2"x 3" tubing .....weld to front end of frame

cut holes in frame for rear of front springs insert bushing and weld

this is for toyota rears up front

then we made home made high steer arms with toyota factory arms....... horse shoe cut off....... tops milled flat.........king pins cut off........tie rod ends drilled for 3/4" himes........turned up side down and welded to extra set of bottom king pins........then installed pass. side on driverside and driver side on pass........installed ford upper shock mounts......make bushing for pitman arm.....make drag link and tie rod with 3/4" himes

sence the rears are in the front lets put chevies on the back......first make front spring hangers/rock slider mounts........weld to frame 11" in front of factory hangers

we then cut off rear shakle mounts and moved them to the very end of the frame and made 8"shakles drilled on 6"centers.......we also used a 2"block....... chevy U-bolts and toyota lower shock/spring plate

put the 35"boggers on and were done for the day:flipoff2:

wv4runner some pics of rear hangers will be posted later. no extra bracing where we mounted them.

ks toy i dont know what size i started whith i just put them in the lathe and cut until they were the right size. It pays to have a fully eqipped machine shop at your dispolsal.

Thanks again to clutter1 we spent about 20 hours at my shop yesterday so i could have it done for mon. when my wife reposses her superduty afte being pregant and home from work for 6 months.

Ya i dont like it very much either. The bad part is that someone paid good money for it and its all painted on no stckers.

Have you flexed the front yet? It looks like the drag link and tie rod will touch

Havnt realy flexed it yet yesterday lasted a long time we finished up at about 3 a.m. and it is an hour drive home . besides its my dd /mall cruiser not realy intended to be used offraod much my other runner has 42s av6 and 1ton running gear thats what goes to the trails.
