Not on a hardcore Jeep, but I think they came out pretty well.
After coating with rust bullet

I used RockSkullz method to get the angle right along the floorboards so they matched up with the new sheetmetal on the outside. Worked really nice.

trace the line to keep the angle the same along the floorboards, then cut along that line.

The new skin will line up nicely with the floor if you follow that line. I welded mine in like TeenyCAR's, with plans to skin the outside with 3/16" bent to follow the new lines.

I cut mine the same as Krod, 1/4" checker plate for the boatside

a little off the topic but I got more work done today. I solved the problem of binding twinsticks. 7/16 rod ends.
