Too many factors go into play here.
My personal preference is that body lifts are ok....especially since you are able to raise the motor and T-cases and help tuck everything up under the frame rails a little better than stock. IF you aren't doing this, I'd say that a body lift doesn't matter....just start cutting
Granted, you can raise everything without having a bodylift....that just takes too much work that I don't have time to do.
As for the bumpers....fawk'em, take a torch to 'em and rebuild like a madman. :flipoff2:
