Well, Toyota fittings are 10mmx1.0. Check what the fittings are that came with your prop valve and lock. Chances are with the prop valve is that the ports in valve are 1/4" NPT female (pipe thread). Wilwood valves come with 1/4" NPT male to 3/8" female adapters. You'll either need to find 10mmx1.0 female to 3/8" standard fitting adapters or remove the 10mmx1.0 fitting and reflare the line with a male 3/8" fitting. Since I'm not aware of the adapter, I'm doing the later. I'm not familiar with the line lock so I can't comment.
