I was wondering If any of you guys experienced this, I loose a little bit of breakfluid, I think it might be through around the snap on top.I know it isnt wheel cylinders, hoses, etc, Ihave looked all through the system, and brakes are as tight as they should be. I do get a little bit of residue around the top of the master. Any of you guys get any of your fluid splashing areund?
Also since it broke off anyway, do i realy NEED this charcole canister for my 86 Carbed? will removing it make it run like [email protected]?
thanks
PAT

I don't know about where you live but here in California yes you have to have the charcoal cannister to pass smog!! As far as running if you plug the hose that goes to the engine it should run fine.

Brakes you could have a small leak in your booster (assuming you have PB) and the fluid is getting sucked into the engine and burned, Most all MC's weep a bit around the top!! <IMG SRC="smilies/usa.gif" border="0">
