I had just put in a head gasket three months ago and now <IMG SRC="smilies/rolleyes.gif" border="0"> I want to put in a high lift cam. Will I have to replace my head gasket or can I just retourque my head bolts a few extra pounds?

I was told as long as you don't move the head, you can installa cam w/o changing the HG. I did my cam with the HG and also used ARP head studs:
Camshaft install

My TRD cam instructions recommended new rocker arms with the new cam.

I would put a new one on there to be sure there will be no leaks. Sometimes when you reuse them after they have already been torqued down they will not seal because they crush ever so slightly the first time. Its kinda like a crush sleeve <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">

i would put a new one in. they are kinda cheap compared to a new motor! <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

agreed, i tried to put in my cam wihtout replacing the HG and b4 i even got the new one in i saw coolant leaking out fro in between the head and block <IMG SRC="smilies/frown.gif" border="0"> and i had drained the coolant too.....get a TOYOTA factory HG and replace it while your at it... <IMG SRC="smilies/usa.gif" border="0">
