depending on what you need welded my buddy j.b. might be able to help you out. He fixed a bell housing on my old blazer. Also the aluminum brazing rod at harbor freight works surprisingly well, there is a learning curve with that stuff but once you get the hang of it it's great.

Brandon, its just the top part of the door frame, presumably the same on all doors. The aluminum piece that is bent and bolted to the door, basically the upper window track. Id guess its 1/8th thick.
I guess I've been busy. I just saw this. 1/8" would be easy enough. Post a pic.
You will need to do some machining, or grinding as when you weld aluminum some rod has to be added.
