I dont think that i want to keep my in cab tank in my dodge. I was thinking about building a flat bed, and the throught came to me to run that tank (as a second tank) against a headache rack in the bed, and put steel on both sides of it, or something like that.

Is there any problems with that tank as far as weather issues go? Or is it a no go? Can it be modified to work outside?

Thanks

good question. i think as long as you had a fresh seal on the sending unit and a good rubber grommet and hoses on the filler, you'd be good to go.:D

Is it just a 3 way electric ball valve? Prob will just snag one at the wreckers.. but how much are they new?

I have 2 fuel gagues.

Also may want to replace the under truck tank with one of my imperial tanks behind the axle, on top of the frame, under the flatbed.
