Carb info for a few folks

Now that I am back and in the saddle again, (long story-which I really don't want to go through.) there are a few guys that
have sent their carbs to me. Could you guys please email me?
Crucible and Justin don't worry about it. But Kent, Troy and whoever else I have spaced the name, please email me

And I am still doing carbs, by the way. Just had kind of a
"Lostman" experience. (no offense, Eric!!)

Nice of you to post. I guess it beats a phone call. I want to know where mine is as I paid for it 7 weeks ago when you said it was done. Did it ship today as you said? I really dont know as you did not send me the tracking number as you said you would.

Funny, I guess once you cash the MO the names just sort of drift away.

seems kinda harsh to me.....

rich seems like a straight-up guy who does good work and wouldnt rip anybody off. he's here apologizing and trying to get straightened out...give him a break!

ive got nothing but praise for Rich and have had great luck buying from him. i dont think the board is the proper plash to hash out your own problems with a vendor.

I agree that we can all have issues and that Rich is a good guy. Bottom line is that I have a major issue here. Now is not the time to post it but I plan to soon. Harsh? Not nearly as harsh as I should be.

Bottom line is that i want my GD carb back. Either rebuilt, as is or in a bag of parts. I have accepted that my money is gone I just want a carb back!

Dont be so quick to jump on me. Most of you have no idea of what is actually going on. I am not the only one involved in this.

Just what will it take? Should I contact the law? I already have. I am right about at the point that I have no other choice. What would you do Rich, if you were in my situation?

Happy turkey day Rich, I guess your phones must be broken as I left you a message yesterday with your wife for you to call.Is it safe for me to assume that my carb did not go out on Tue as you said it would? Gee, that would be only the fourth time that you said it was going out but, in fact, it did not go out

What i dont get is how 2 weeks become 12 weeks. All it takes is a phone call and following up on what you say you will do.

I have spoken to your wife enough times I feel like we are friends. Why would put her in this position? Why would I feel guilty calling to get my carb or money back when I speak with her?

Just step up Rich.

No, I will not go away until I have either my carb, in any condition, or money.

I want my carb, either rebuilt or in parts.

We all may have issues with Rich he may owe some of us money or some work but he does not want to screw anyone. Lately he has been under loads of pressure and changes. His wife is a great lady and wants the best for him. He is trying to get on the right track and he is almost there.

You'll get your carb back.....2 weeks or 12 weeks you will get a great carb.

You know somthing FAWKYOU! What do you know about this.

You know nothing about me or why I would post. You think I am not being reasonable?

Tell ya what; let me sell you a product, tell you it is ready, recieve the money prior to the product being ready beacuse it sounded like you needed it (and pay more than was required, just to be nice because he sounded like he could use it) understand that you are on a limited time schedule, tell you it shipped, lie to you, not call you, tell you it shipped,lie to you, not call you, lie to another cruiser friend who went way out of his way, twice, to get it, tell you it shipped, lie to you then refuse to answer any calls or mails, make me deal with the wife who is caught in the middle.

We all have problems. I have a few as I am sure you do. Bottom line is that i am running a business. Rich portrayed himself as running a business.
I understand 100% the issues at play here and you know what? I dont give a shit anymore. All it would take is one honest phonecall or mail. I cant even get that out of him.

Know what? take your 2 weeks to 12 weeks comment and stick it in your ass. I have a mortage to pay, a shop to keep open and customers to keep happy.
I have been into Cruisers for almost 10 years. This is the first major issue I have ever had with a "semi vendor"

David and I have been chatting backchannel and he has a customer who's been waiting for one of Rich's carbs... I guess the customer has been a very good customer for a long time, but with a disabled rig he's basically lost his customer because of the carb delay. Which is why he's so pissed and it is understandable...

Hey, I really appreciate what you are trying to do but let me handle this; please! There is no need to drag any other into this.

The fact that i have a customer should have no real bearing on this issue as the business dealing is between Rich and myself.My dealing with customer is my own responsibility and fault.

The fact that there is a third party involved in no way changes what has happened. If there was no third party involved I would still be as pissed off.

We all should be adults here. I know I try to be as do most of you that read this.
