I have just recently aquired a 95 ext cab 1/2 ton retired work truck and I plan to cut out the IFS and put 404 axles under it. I would like to make this thing as simple and reliable as possible: leaf springs, 40"-44" boggers, H1 beadlocks, disc brakes & pinion conversion etc. Basically, I would like to know the easiest and most systematic way of accomplishting this and outline some of the major problem areas. Hopefully some old goats can help me devise a cut and dry plan of action for this build. All opinions are appreciated.
