I have a 2002 Chevy 4.3L V6 I'm putting in my CJ-3A and it has a 3/8" and a 5/16" O-ring fitting on the fuel lines and I'd like to run 6-AN hose. Is there a way to adapt from the female side O-ring to AN? They have that for power steering, but I can't find adapters this small.

They also make a 2-piece version of that connector that threads together and eliminates the "quick connect" aspect of it. It feels much more secure than the quick connect "fingers". I used them on my 5.3 swap and they worked perfectly.

If by o ring fitting you’re talking about the GM “quick connect” fittings Russell offers AN conversion fittings:

If that isn’t exactly what you’re looking for, they make a few different styles of them, click the “see similar products” link on Summit’s site.
Avoid this style from Russel like the plague. They don't lock for shit and any kind of tension can pull them off. I've read first hand accounts of cars catching fire using that Russel fitting.

Use the two piece fitting that MountaineerCJ5 notes:

I had the bad style on my 6.0L conversion and never liked the feel of them. I converted to the two piece style.
