At the risk of stepping on toes, there is a source for a remote reservoir, a hot rodded TJ pump and a steering gear that will do anything you need, at least up to 37's.
Lee Manufacturing has just finished the set-up above and it is near flawless. The pump has been modified in a couple of ways to produce the pressure and volume at idle to turn the front effortlessly and with very low growling from the pump. I ran Sledge with the front ARB engaged the entire trip to see if I could either overheat it or get to where the steering wheel was difficult to turn and could accomplish neither.
I do have the remote reservoir which if I can remember correctly is based on sprint car stuff and designed in such a way to keep the fluid from being aerated. The bracket is pretty simple, bolts to the intake manifold and actually looks fairly decent.
The gear has been modified to eliminate the bushings on the sector shaft and the snout has been bored to support the sector shaft with three caged needle bearings.
I would not recommend running this box and pump without a good brace, which is also soon to be available from Lee. I never had an issue with my track bar mount and after this trip have developed a few cracks around it, even with it being braced to the other side of the frame.
Other than the cracked track bar mount, I am highly pleased with Mr. Lee's work. I do have some more testing to do though.
