I put a YJ tub on my CJ. Biggest issues are the fuel filler, has to be put on the opposite side. And the defroster ducts, if you want to have your defroster. YJ's def. comes through the dash, CJ's are through the windshield frame. 4 of the ten mounts are off, no big deal. The two in front of the rear wheel just need a nut placed on the back side of the support. The back two are a little more tricky. <IMG SRC="smilies/cool.gif" border="0">

you will have to use the CJ Windshield frame because of the defroster. A YJ glass will work, except it is urethaned in istead of being held in with a gasket. I kept everything CJ on mine.

Use your CJ windshield frame. You will have to cut holes in the area where the windshield frame and tub seal up for your defroster to work. Look at that area on both tubs and you will see what I mean.
What we did for the body mounts on the back cross member was to cut a access hole on the back of the wheelwell so we could cut out the caged nut that the stock YJ body mount bolt screwed into, then drilled a hole up from under the frame through the body mount hole( on cross member ) and into the tub area. Next, nut and bolted it together, then tack welded the nut to the tub. Finally welded in a panel over the access hole we initally cut and painted it.
I know it sounds like a pain but it wasn't that bad.

4WDHardware sells a mounting kit for their fiberglass bodies these have mounting plates to span the body mounts that don't line up between the cj-7 and wrangler. Would this work for the CJ-7/YJ swap??? This is nothing I have researched as I have a YJ and I dion't think I will be putting a 7 tub on to soon but I thought I would bring it up.
Details on the mounting kit can be seen here.
