You can get factory Ford 302/4-spd bellhousings for either manual or hydraulic clutch setups. The manual type should work okay with the CJ clutch linkage, but you'll probably have to adjust things slightly.
What I am doing is I found a hydrolic slave cylinder bellhousing and I am going to run the hydrolic because the stock linkage tends to bind up on the trai plus I don't have to cut more holes in my firewall.
