ding ding ding, we have a winner, thats exactly what is, the master cylinder, ive never paid for one because dad works at toyota, but i dont think theyre too much probably 30-70 depending on if its genuine toyota or aisan, just go with the aisan (I think i spelled it right, the generic one) it works fine, every toy ive had did that, no big deal just replace the Master,

Welcome to toyota land. They all do it. Replace the master cyl. around $30-40. Easy to do. Good luck

I paid around $25 for mine then soon after the slave cyl. went out. Might as well replace that as well $15 or so if you have no idea on the age of it. Good Luck

I do not think there is any difference between a 4 cyl and a V-6 clutch MC!!!!!!!! I smell a post booster here!!!!!!

We have a 86 Toyota Corolla and last month the clutch master was leaking inside also. No biggie just call Toyota and replace the master and slave.........$110.00.....just for the master

Went to Napa and picked up a rebuild kit for both for $36.00. The best part is the master.....there is a inside nut and a outside nut. Bastards put the brake booster so you can't get that nut, and hid the inside one behind metal and was impossable with a quarter drive even ....Screw that, rebuilt that sucker right where it was. All they had to do is switch the two studs and would come off in two minutes.

I like working on the truck alot better. There I feel better
