Anyone have any experience using a compressor out of a train airhorn set up?

I am looking at a "Buell air horn" compressor. Specs are:
12" long x 5" wide x 7" tall.
The mounting base is 3" x 5
Auto monitored for 80 -125 PSI
12 V
Oilless - mount in any posistion - no outside moving parts
Tankless - but can add if need be.

IMO, you need the ARB or a Viair 400 series (450c or 460c). I know those Viairs have a 100% duty cycle at 100psi. I don't know about the ARB. If you get anything less, the compressor will be straining to air up tires or a large (5 gallon etc.) tank. If you are only using them for air horns, a 2 gallon tank should suffice. These are great 12v ELECTRICAL onboard air compressors....

Yet, they all fail in comparison against a converted, engine-driven York AC compressor.

BTW, it the compressor in question made by Buell? Or is it just part of the Buell package i.e. a Thomas, Firestone, Viair, Henley compressor?
