on my toyota 3.4, i originall decided against using a k$n to keep oil off my MAF.
the amsoil nanofilter i bought, even with prefilter is letting enough shit by to cover the MAF anyway.

what SHOULD i be using. i really want to not clean the MAF twice a year, or every other trip out.

suggestions?

input from big boys only, i dont need here-say in this thread.

I'm running the AEM Dryflow filter w/ a pre-filter wrap. Works good and there's no oil to mess up sensors.

(picture doesn't have the pre-filter wrap installed)

The pre-filter wrap looks like:

I like the Donaldson filters. They are a dry filter and flow and filter really well. I have the Ford AIS intake on my F250 and it's got over 60,000 miles on it with no end in sight.

Agreed on the AEM with the filter wrap.

I kept getting oil on the MAF with a K&N along with dirt on some of the dustier trails. I switched to the AEM and have not experienced any MAF issues since.
