Top off the cooling system and the pressurize it, while cold, to about 10 PSI, then look for the leak.
Glycol coolant will glow under a black light, so you may want to use one.
If it is leakingat the back of the block behind the flywheel, it sounds like a freeze plug. But, as was stated, it could be traveling down the block from another location on the eng.
