One thing I find interesting...

Despite numerous studies now pointing to higher temperatures having a serious negative impact on the contagiousness of the virus, we keep seeing articles saying that we don't know if summer will provide us any relief. Well then, where are all the southern hemisphere countries on graphs like this? :homer:
time will tell. I also think in the US we AC the fuck outta spaces compared to other countries. that has got to be a factor.

I think their testing is bullshit. and people are just not going to hospitals. :(
100% they don't give a fuck. South America, probably none of those countries are set up on a scale like Europe/US/Canada to track or mitigate or even kind of treat large groups of people.

i'd argue the same goes for india and about all of Africa. they aren't looking for it, can't do shit about it and are either freaking out or dealing with it however they are.

it would be interesting to see if there is enough general death tracking information to see if there is a significant spike during this time compared to a few year trend, without concern to reported cause of death

The cops showed up at the Denver Bass Pro today and forced them to close per the city's public health order. Sucks to have that Denver address. If it wasn't for the old airport, that area would probably have an Aurora or Commerce City address. Just like how the new airport is in southwestern Nebraska but somehow still has a Denver address. LOL!

insane. I'm curious when law enforcement will uphold their oath and when citizens will remember their rights.

In Denver? LOL! Never. Denver has to be one of the most liberal cities in America at this point. It would fit in just fine in the San Francisco Bay area.

Except for the gun and ammo counter, all that shit is all made in China. Even the Merc Outboards. Sad because now those jobs are down also but you either create space between people or you do not. I have been to three businesses that are open here in Sacramento and they all follow protocal. Can't say how one would determine if they meet criteria for critical infrastructure.

But,

They all are doing curbside or enacting and enforcing distancing to avoid the spotlight. I think the Sportsmans warehouse down the street is open still.

Bass Pro definitely stocks as much cheap shit as they possibly can. I don't care for their hokey ah shucks type bullshit that they use to peddle cheap bullshit. I don't like that they've turned Cabela's into basically Bass Pro under a different name either. Cabela's definitely carried a higher quality lineup, but what was once known as "Cabela's" is dead and gone.

It was reported that viable china virus was found on the Diamond Princess when they cleaned 17 days after passengers disembarked.

More media overblown reporting.

They found RNA of the virus, basically the left-over dead remains of the virus.

Someone earlier said it was like finding woolly mammoth bones and then claiming they found live wooly mammoths.
