ok guys enough pokes. What is this thing worth?

A good friend on mine paid some bone head $25k to build him a sand rail. Over one year later and a bunch of BS he is given this rock crawler because his rail was never built and they wanted to stay out of court. But his money was spent else where in the company.
All he wants is a sand rail to take his kids out and have some fun.
Yes the pics Brutal posted are of the Jeep.
My friend is a realy nice guy and will help anyone out that is in need.
But keeps getting taken advantage of.
