According to Powertrax's web page it shouldn't matter if you have the open or LS case.

Just in case you wanted to see for yourself For what it's worth I blew up a Lock Right in 2 wheel drive going up a gravel hill. I think it was a fluke, but I'm still a bit leery of them.

What, were ya just too lazy to check with Powertrax...fawker...

I had an EZ locker in my Dana35c and was amazed at how well it held up. It is my opinion that your going to break an axle before you blow that locker. (btw the lock rite and the Ez locker are essentially the same thing) EZ install just do not forget the THRUSH WASHERS.

I think the LockRight will not fit the D35c w/ TracLoc. You will have to get a NoSlip, which is about $100 more. I am pretty sure, but you had better check with Powertrax. BTW, you asked if it will replace it. I guess you know that these "lunchbox" locker replacethe spider gears and not the entire carrier assembly.

Maybe I'm mistaken, but did you sell the dude an open carrier LockRight without telling him that it won't fit in his TrackLock carrier? If so, you're a jag!

Dude, I'll give you an open carrier for a D35 that will fit a 3.73 to 4.10 gear ratio. Just get it out of my garage.

Hey there guy I know Kelly and he wanted to buy my Lockrite. It is still in my 35c in my garage. I told him to find out if it would fit before I sold it to him. If he needed an open carrier he can have it with the Lockrite.

Sure thing Nathan, thanks for the open carier . I have 3.73's I'm pretty sure of...its a V-8, and it has a trailer hitch, so I'm assuming 3.73's.
Either way, I'll take the locker and the open carier. If it works, it works, if not, I'll sell it to Will .

I blew up 2 in the rear of my Wrangler before I tossed the 35C. I still have one in the front D44. In my club alone I've seen 6 go in the last few years. What the heck, throw it in till you blow it, then get a real rear end.
