How about greasable Spicers?

I'd go with those.

Spicers. Like your really going to take the time to disassemble the brakes and outers and axle, them remove the plug and install the zerk to grease your upper ball joint! .

Grease them each time you have it apart for a busted axleshaft... With a D44, that opportunity will certainly arise often enough .
