Classic broco front is pretty darn close to match. The only way you might get the front to be 5.4.5 is use the outers on some 70's half ton dodges with that bolt pattern but they don't have any hubs on thier front ends. Can convert the rear to 5x5.5 might be able to redrill the axleshafts you have or put new ones in. over at www.explorer4x4.com on their bullitain board in the conversions section there is a solid axle swap page that has like 200 post or something like that that should be able to help you some.
If I were you I would do the same thing I did. Get yourself a 76 or 77 EB front end, that way you have disc brakes and all that good stuff. Then to match lug pattern call Performance Wheel and Tire in CO. 303-934-2929. You can pic up a set of 1.5" wheel spacers to change your lug pattern in the back, and macth the width of the front. You should be able to use your Dana 35 outers, spindles, rotors and hubs as long as you are using Ford knuckles. Actually you'd probably be better off to use the D35 knuckles as well because the steering is higher. You might have to change the caliper bracket but I'm not quite sure about that.
Any early Bronco axle would be a close match for width. I would recommend cutting down a full size axle off of a 78-79 F150 or Bronco, however, because they are high pinion. The rear axle shafts on your truck cannot be redrilled. The axle flanges are 3/8" to narrow. New shafts can be ordered either through Moserengineering.com or dutchmanaxles.com. I went with the dutchman axles on the swap for my Explorer. You do not want to use the axle off of the Dodge, the one without hubs. It is considered to be the weakest of the Dana 44's, and you would have to find some way to hook up the vacuum hubs.
