what size hole did you drill and parts do you use?
Just get a 1/4" NPT hose barb for size breather tubing you want, and tap the threads. The drill size is usually stamped on the tap what size drill to use. Or most any drill/tap set has a card with drill and tap sizes.

7/16" drill for 1/4" NPT

When I pulled my stock one out it was already tapped for 1/4 pipe thread. Thought the stock one was threaded into it ? That's why I like pirate cause I learn something new every time I look thur the threads

ok everyone for its worth, a 10mmx1.00 tap fits the stock size hole one the D60 and prolly D44 and 10 bolts, but whats great is thats the size and thread pitch to fit any toyota breather. +1 for trail gear lol.
