I found a d70 dually rear and it is the width I want.
Is anyone running one with the stock hubs, drums etc?
Will a normal 8lug wheel bolt up to it or does it need to be a dually wheel? Wondering about stud dia and the large whole?
I think the lowest gear you can run on a 60 is 7.17, is it the same for a 70? Or at least 5.87?

7.17s are avialable for a 70 but im not sure what kind off lockers are available.

Any 8 lug wheel will fit the lug pattern but the center hole on chevy wheels may be too small. so you will either need aftermarket wheels(since they are universal fit) or wheels from a Dodge or Ford.

Detroit,lock right, Arb.gear ratio goes to 7:17. Rear disc brake conversion is very easy. I have a template for the caliper bracket and can tell you the parts you need. Can be done for under 100 bucks.Pm me if interested. <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

Yep, the one I found is 64" wide.
I am gonna try it for now, but will probaly go down to around 60".
