Hi everyone,
I hope this message finds you well. I have a question about the Dana 20 transfer case, and I was hoping someone here could help me out.

As you can see in the picture I need the measurements for the Dana 20 transfer case. Even if its from another Dana I would be really thankful.

If anyone has any knowledge or information about the Dana 20 transfer case and could help me identify the measurements of the various components in this picture, I would greatly appreciate it.

What dana 20?
Ford and jeep are different.

Im very new to this topic, am sorry.

Both models would work.
Is the diference due to the teeth in the gears?
Would also aprecciate someone could give me the dimensions above with the number of teeth of the gears

The cases are completely different between ford and jeep.

There are also quite a few different gear sets that have different tooth and spline counts, but they are all the same "size" as they can be swapped around to make different ratio's

I have a jeep d20 but i wont be near it till tonight.
