I bought a 1980 chevy crew cab dually with a service body on it. It has a locked 60 front, a locked 14 bolt rear, turbo 400, np 205, and a 7 rod big block. It has a bent frame and some very bad wiring. Do I gut it and use it for a buggy project or do I put the dually back together?

<quietly> I paid $500 for the whole enchilada!

Do you need a tow vehicle?

Wow - must be a rare model :p

The axle WMS widths are different by over 12" so they'll suck for a buggy.

Hold on... maybe use Hummer wheels, but mount the rear ones backwards ;)

The 8th rod is in the pan! I don't really need a tow rig, I have a MH and a burb. Changing the front and or rear hubs will fix the widths.

Wish I was closer. I'd take the cab. Be a PIA to ship. I'd buggy it.
