In case you didn't find it look in my sig for the 4-link calculator.

Try to keep the lowers as flat to the ground as you can (under 10deg).
Put the lower links on the front end of the axle tube (or on top if you still have enough room for the uppers to be even higher then you think they should be) and the uppers as high as you can. I don't think 12"+ of vertical seperation would be a bad thing to shoot for with that big/heavy of a truck.

What size tires do you plan to run?

Keep the roll axis as flat as you can (+-5deg max)
Make it as adjustable as you can. This is often best done by adjusting the upper links on both ends. I think 50-100% Anti-Squat would be a good range of adjustment.
