and the only think different is the hubs.
well the rotors have smaller holes they bolt to the back of the hubs instead of going through the wheel studs.
You can actually drill out the drw rotors and will work on a srw.
Also you can machine a drw hub down to be similar to a srw hub. You just need new wheel studs.

but everything else is Identical, I know for sure on ford axle 86-98 then 99 up have unit bearings you just need new unit bearings, haven't work on the older or other brands but I think they are also the same.
