dirt bag warning!

Hey Guys

If James Grein (aka DrtDevl on the OutdoorWire forums)from Newport News, VA. EVER wants to buy any thing,

DON'T DO IT. HE'S A ******* DIRTBAG

He owes me $66.71 for parts shipped to him UPS on Sept 19, and received on Sept 26.

He is a US Army E5, Motor Transport Operator at Fort Eustis, VA.

Does anybody know if I can contact his CO and get any response on something like this?

Why did you ship him the parts without geting the money first <IMG SRC="smilies/question.gif" border="0"> This could have easily have been avoided.
And seeing how he is in the service, CUT HIM A LITTLE SLACK, HE MAY BE OUT OF THE COUNTRY AT THE MOMENT!! Don't know if you heard about this, but on September 11th a very bad thing happened <IMG SRC="smilies/thefinger.gif" border="0">

he's in country, at Ft. Eustis, RIGHT NOW, and wanted to inspect parts prior to payment. I TRUSTED him BECAUSE he's in the service. I'm an ex-serviceman myself-

You need to do like I do, Paypal or wait until the check clears before you ship. Paypal is nice because you have the outside help to resolve disputes if needed.

James Grien (DrtDevl) bought a 3rd member from me at about the same time. He drove to my house to pick it up. About a 2 hour Drive. It sucks that he screwed you over. I am in the Army to and if you can find out what unit he is in and have verification that he recieved your stuff, his comander should be able to help you out. at least he should be able to have him ship the parts back to you.
