You'll have to choose whether you will sleeve the outside or inside, then find a piece that measures, outside or inside, to a close diameter. You will most likely want to machine the surfaces to create a nice snug fit that will likely need to be pressed together. Plan to use something like 3/8" thick DOM tubing for this. You'll also want to drill holes in order to do plug welds, if you truly want to strengthen the factory setup.

I'm interested in this also. Where's a good place to get a 1 pc?
EMS off-road has the one piece axleshaft, seal, and blank plate for the CAD. Good price if I recall yet.

I actually am using a stock housing/longside (alloy inner on the short side) on my truck. Standing up well, other then the 4xPosi-Lok CAD replacement (junk, I just have the collar in locked position). I have broken a couple of inners at the yokes and bunch of rear 70 shafts, but no failure in the CAD or housing.

not a bad idea... I know a few guys running them with no issue. I can do the shafts for cheap if needed
