You'll have to choose whether you will sleeve the outside or inside, then find a piece that measures, outside or inside, to a close diameter. You will most likely want to machine the surfaces to create a nice snug fit that will likely need to be pressed together. Plan to use something like 3/8" thick DOM tubing for this. You'll also want to drill holes in order to do plug welds, if you truly want to strengthen the factory setup.
EMS off-road has the one piece axleshaft, seal, and blank plate for the CAD. Good price if I recall yet.
I actually am using a stock housing/longside (alloy inner on the short side) on my truck. Standing up well, other then the 4xPosi-Lok CAD replacement (junk, I just have the collar in locked position). I have broken a couple of inners at the yokes and bunch of rear 70 shafts, but no failure in the CAD or housing.
