This job is much easier than that, you can do it without a jack and stands, I've done it twice now. All you need is car ramps, and the right type of driveway approach. Unbolt the bottom shock bolts and the anti-swaybar endlinks. Then place the ramps so they are diagonally opposite of each other on the truck (LF & RR), but place them so the unramped wheel can drop into a driveway gulley, like this:
The springs will literally fall right out. Swap the ramps, do the other side, then re-attach the shocks and anti-swaybar. Then do the rear brake line.
