Got a Downey rear disc conversion sitting in my shop.I hope to install it this weekend any tips or tricks? Hope it was worth the the money.

they go for about 500.00 bucks and they offer the proportioning valve, 2lb residual valve and a 95dollar e-brake kit for there disc brake

Unbolt the backing plates and then cut them in half with a plasma cutter (or torch). This will save the time of pulling the axles. (Unless you want to save the old parts.[
