I have a 1986 k10, has a dana 60 and 14 bolt with a rough country 6inch spring lift. I need to have a driveshaft made, but before i do i measured the angles to see how off they were.

The output shaft of the transfer case is 5 degrees nose up, while the pinion is 17 degrees nose up. That shows i need to roll the pinion like 12 degrees correct?

Thank you for the help

Point the pinion at the output and run a double cardan.

I assume you're talking about the front shaft since you say the output is "nose up." I wouldn't run two single joints since you'll have to point the pinion at the ground and the shaft angle is probably too steep already. But, rotate too much and caster is gonna be completely fucked. A cut and turn will fix all of that.
