Is there anyway to fix the alignment on the doors so that they don't rub anymore. It feels as though the pin is where the slop is, but some of the bolts that hold the hinge to the body are stripped. What would be my best solution?

Just do as i did and throw the doors away. Oh yeah the top too.

Mine do not fit exactly perfect either, but I just decided to stop trying to fix it, and live with it. They shut, they lock, they hold everything in, and that's cool with me.
