This is a perfectly good running engine, transmission, and transfer case out of a 1994 GMC Sonoma 4x4. It's got the TBI 4.3 engine, the New Venture 3500 manual 5 speed, and the New Process 231 transfer case.
Engine- Starts, runs, and idles perfectly fine. I'm sure if you do a compression test then all the cylinders will be good. There is NO knocking noises or ticking or anything like that. DOESNT EVEN LEAK OIL!!
Transmission- Shifts through all the gears without any grinding noises. I haven't had a single issue with this tranny, as i is known to be a good transmission. Every gear works. NO LEAKS!!
Transfer case- It has a slip yoke elminator kit on it. It came from the factory with the heavier duty 32 spline rear outpul shaft (same as the NP205). It is a shift lever model, which is much more reliable than the electronic version, and a hell of a lot cooler. 2H, 4H, N, 4L all work without any grinding noises or anything. NO LEAKS!!
The drivetrain has around 120,000 miles on it. I've been doing religious maintenance on it since the day I bought it. The drivetrain is still in the truck, so you can come and start it up and hear it run for yourself. Feel free to take the foot pedals, ECU, or whatever else you want along with this stuff. I have already pulled the suspenion out and the truck will be sold for scrap once the drivetrain has been pulled.
