I am finishing up a frame swap on my 92 V6,(two month project) and am dying to get in the mud, got the motor back in everything hooked up, the motor starts up great and then, dies. Im stumped. Im pretty confident all the hoses and wires are hooked up right and solid. I did change the fuel filter and some lines, It took awhile to start, then it starts right up everytime but dies in about 5 seconds. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Its running! Thanks for the help, You were right on. I poped of the cover AFM and was able to keep it running (not very well)by holding it open. I then pulled the AFM of my wifes 90 and stuck it on, and man, after 2 months of this frame swap and having my truck in a million pieces all over the place,it sure was nice to hear that engine purrr sooo smooth and idle & rev perrfectly.
Now, my wife wants her AFM back, im guessing a new one will cost me bank, Is there anyway to repair , diagnos or bypass it? Or am I doomed to call TAP or the dealer? Thanks
