I have a like-new Toyota electric locker that is from the rear of a 80-series Cruiser. It is a complete 3rd member with 4.11 gears, and looks like it has never been used.
Dealer price on this is about $1,000, but I am selling this one for $425. This will bolt right into your Cruiser with some minor clearancing to the housing. You also need one axle with longer splines, which I believe is available from a vendor on this list.
